Abstract
The objective of achieving a high level of digitalisation has now become paramount, in the perspective of increasing the efficiency of judicial administration. The rule of the co-callede "telematic civil process" and the recent emergency discipline enacted during the pandemic Covid-19 deliver us a civil proceedings already characterised by an intense use of IT tools. The Government's action and the legislative initiatives for the reform of the civil justice have set out on the road towards a renewed impetus for the digitalisation, through new provisions that inevitably pose unprecedented interpretative questions, of which the Author proposes to make an initial in-depth study.
