Abstract
Two recent decisions of the Italian Constitutional Court (n. 180/2018 and n. 14/2019) call for a reflection upon the topic of lawyers’ strike in criminal proceedings. This essay seeks to highlight the discrepancies between the provisions of the “Code of Self-regulation of Lawyers’ Strike” and the main trends in case-law.
