Abstract

The article shows through archive research how the high magistrates of the Tribunal of the race during the fascist dictatorship were subsequently admitted even to the Constitutional Court of the Italian Republic. Once again, the purge processes that took place in Italy between 1944 and 1946 reveal all their shortcomings.
