Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In the Ambrosian codex D 465 inf., Which previously belonged to Gian Vincenzo Pinelli, there is one of the witnesses in the original language of the "Donat proensal", along with two Italian translations that date back to the sixteenth century, and are by an unknown author. The two translations are still unpublished. The article compares the three texts to try to establish a reciprocal relationship: it is probable that one of the two translations derives from a subarchetype (delta) from which also the original descends, while the second translation would derive from the original which is found in the Ambrosian library, although, most likely, the second translator also has the first translation underneath.
