Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] From a pedagogical perspective, it is necessary to demand that economic growth does not hinder the fulfillment of the person and the building of a society based on the values of gift, cooperation and sustainability. It is in this light that organizations are urged to promote a new way of doing business, to cultivate talents, make skills bear fruit, generate unprecedented development opportunities.
