Abstract
Antonella Stirati's recently released book (Lavoro e salari. Un punto di vista alternativo sulla crisi. Ed. L’asino d’oro, 2020) presents an alternative analysis of the main economic facts that have characterized the Italian economy over the past decade. The analysis is carried out in light of the weakness of the aggregate demand and the labour market deregulation. The book provides a useful introduction which explores the theoretical debate between post-Keneysians and marginalist economists.
