Abstract

[Machine translation] Iraqi Freedom Operation has opened a wide debate on the international law concerning the use of force. The terms of this debate exceed in many ways the discussions usually accompanying an isolated use of armed force. This article analyses the different positions on the international legality of the intervention in Iraq expressed in the European doctrine.
