Abstract

[Machine translation] This essay reconstructs the history of fishing industry from 1920s to 1960s. The authors highlight the limits of the sector and its dependence from foreign markets to satisfy internal consumption. The authors also reconstruct the histories of the companies that produced canned fish in the same period
