Abstract

Tatiana Chemi and Xiangyun Du’s shared interest in innovative teaching and learning in education, as well as their ability to bring together original and valiant contributions from different countries and educational contexts, has resulted in their book Arts-based Methods and Organizational Learning. Higher Education around the World. The volume comprises a mosaic of perspectives on arts-based methods (ABM) in education and organizations. The various contributions to the volume seek to answer questions such as: Can arts such as theatre, dance, music or visual arts enhance higher education? How can creative work enhance organizational learning? How can the arts be harnessed instrumentally for educational purposes in different settings (such as schools, universities, businesses or non-profit organizations)?
